Biography

Hana Bucalija is a film director, writer, and producer from Kosovo. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Film and Television Directing. Her work explores personal stories shaped by political and social realities. She is known for her films Solum, Vera, and Ema B. Hana is also the founder of Extraterrestrial Production, an independent production initiative through which she develops and produces film projects. In addition to directing, she has worked in casting and creative development on several productions, collaborating closely with actors and filmmakers across different stages of filmmaking.
