Maria Konsta(I)

Maria Konsta is a Greek actress and singer, trained at the Grigoris Masalas drama school, with additional studies in dance at the Key Holden school and singing at the Kostas Klavvas school. She has appeared in around 15 Greek films and 5 television series, working with production companies such as G. Karagiannis and directors including Yiannis Hartomatzidis and Giorgos Mylonas, and co-starring with actors such as Kostas Voutsas, Stathis Psaltis, Despoina Stylianopoulou, and others. Alongside her acting career, she developed a parallel career in music, releasing five personal albums and performing extensively in night venues in Greece and abroad, including Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, and London, where she shared the stage with artists such as Rita Sakellariou, Stratos Dionysiou, [link=nm1499998, Giorgos Zambetas, and Stamatis Kokotas. She has also worked as a screenwriter and painter, and has been involved in business ventures including a flower shop in Athens and the music restaurant "Mariori".
