Biography

My name is Nicolas Seguel Eduardo, I was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia on January 13, 1997.

Ever since I was a child, I have loved watching movies. I have always questionned myself on many aspects such as: "How did they shoot this shot?" or "How did they create these special effects? As time went on my urge to find answers to these questions became more and more important.

In 2012, I did a week-long internship where I was able to learn how to use a camera and edit on Final Cut Pro X. At the end of 2016, thanks to a film option in college, I had the opportunity to make a report on "Abuse due to overweight or obesity" for my time to making videos. I then made a few short films, including "THE COME-BACK" which is available on YouTube. At that time I also worked on some personal projects which lead to discovering my passion for photography.

In 2018, I started my training at SAE Institute Geneva in "Digital Film Production" where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 2021. During these three years of studying, I developed my abilities and finally got answers to all of my questions. I directed short films: "Hopeless", "Zugzwang", "Hikikomori", the documentary "Unsecure" and the fictional commercial "Salomon". I had the opportunity to take part in the shoots of my other classmates as a script supervisor, lighting supervisor and 1st assistant director.
