Biography

Being a long time procrastinator, Rich did not start doing stand up comedy until the age of 27.

Rich has a real passion for the lesser known figures of comedy who appeared on stage, film and television from the earliest days of this art form. He kept everything he could get his hands on in his own stand up career starting in 1982 and has developed a nice archive of photos and memorabilia which he displays frequently on social media and live presentations.

Rich departed his Hometown Fairfield, Ct. In 1974 at age 18 and flew to San Diego, Ca. because he had had enough of snow, slush, hail, freezing rain and humidity and had some half baked idea that he could get into show biz.
