Chuck Mosley was born on December 26, 1959 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, USA. He was an actor and composer, known for Grosse Pointe Blank (1997), Bio-Dome (1996) and Dirty Jobs (2005). He died on November 9, 2017.

Original lead singer of 'Faith No More', but left the band in 1987 due to creative conflicts of interest.

Mosley is the only recording member of Faith No More who wasn't born in the 1960s; he was born in late December 1959, just a few days before the decade started.
