Tom Stringhini began his career at O2 Filmes in 1998, working over the years in the areas of production coordination, assistant directing, and directing, a role he holds to this day.
Throughout his career, he has won awards at major advertising and film festivals, notably the Profissionais do Ano (Rede Globo), the Cannes International Advertising Festival (France), the Brasília Film Festival where he received the awards for Best Film, Best Film by the Popular Jury, and Best Direction and the Gramado Film Festival, also with the awards for Best Film by the Popular Jury and Best Direction, for the short film "No Bar," starring Laura Cardoso.
