Adebisi Ademola is a young, versatile and dynamic film maker who, having close to no-resources-since he made the decision to transit from stage plays to motion pictures-has continue to wow with his works.
To give life to his dreams, he needed to move from a "state of inertia". He graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria with a Second-class upper degree, not in films and Television, but in Biology and Genetics. Nonetheless, driven by passion, he has been able to acquire the required, hands-on skills in cinematography, editing and directing and has not stopped learning.
Since journeying into the world of film making, he has written and directed, shot, edited and produced festival-nominated films such as; Saving Grace, Thick and Thin, Figment, Call Out, Doom and Safety.
He hopes to change the narratives in his country someday.
