Biography

Angie Jones is a visual effects and animation leader focused on shaping how stories are designed, developed, and brought to the screen. With over three decades of experience across film, television, games, and commercial content, she has led teams and pipelines for major studios and global productions, guiding projects from early development through final delivery.

She is known for bridging creative intent with production strategy. She partners with filmmakers and studio leadership to define visual direction, support key creative decisions, and ensure projects are built to succeed at scale. Her work spans studios and vendors, aligning teams, tools, and workflows to deliver a distinct and cohesive visual style.

Her work includes contributions to Academy Award-winning projects and recognition from the Visual Effects Society and the Clio Awards. She has also written and co-authored books on animation and served as Assistant Professor of Practice at the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. She serves as Global VFX Supervisor for Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Studios.
