Biography

Daniel Frederiksen is known for Ghost Rider (2007), The Dry (2020) and Stingers (1998).

Founding member of the Red Stitch Theatre Company.

Moved from Melbourne to Sydney and studied acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in 1997, but dropped out in his second year of a three-year course.

Grew up in Metcalfe in country Victoria, Australia.

Worked part time at a video store, sometimes with Nathan Hill.

Filming 'Stingers' in Melbourne.

I had bizarre fantasies about being adored by millions of people ... From the age of five, I suppose, I wanted to be an actor. It's sad, really. It shows a lack of corrective guidance.
