Biography

Sharde Miller

Biography

  • Shardé Miller is a television writer-producer and three-time Emmy Award-winning journalist. She spent two seasons writing for the CBS medical drama "Watson," where she wrote several episodes, including Episode 105, which Variety praised as one of the strongest episodes of the show’s first season. The episode explores the ethics of the American healthcare system through the lens of sickle cell disease, examining why lifesaving treatments and cures can remain inaccessible to those unable to afford them. Previously, Shardé wrote on two seasons of the comedy series "The Game" for Paramount+. Before venturing west, she spent eleven years in NYC rising through the ranks at "Good Morning America," where she became Robin Roberts' segment producer. She traveled the world producing interviews including Kobe Bryant's retirement interview and The Obama's first look at the African American History Museum. During her time at "Good Morning America," she had the insight to take one of their interview subjects to ABC along with Robin that led to a scripted pilot she produced. Shardé holds an MFA in producing from The University of Southern California's, Peter Stark Producing Program.
