Helle Faber is a Danish film producer, founder and CEO of the production company made in Copenhagen. For more than two decades, she has produced documentaries for Danish and international audiences.
Among her latest notable productions are Mr. Nobody Against Putin (2025), directed by David Borenstein and Pavel Talankin, and Theatre of Violence (2023), directed by Emil Langballe & Lukasz Konopa
Fabers work has a strong international focus, and she has extensive experience with international co-productions, working across countries and cultures and with broadcasters, film institutes, funds and production partners throughout Europe and the US. Her films have been widely distributed internationally and presented at some of the world's leading documentary and film festivals.
Faber founded made in Copenhagen in 2010. Alongside her work as a producer, Faber has been an active member of the international documentary community, serving on festival juries and participating in industry forums.
In 2026, Faber was invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
