Eric Veneziano

Eric Veneziano is an Italian director born in 1993, in Ivrea a small town in the province of Turin. He began his career as a videomaker, making music videos for TV talent show artists. The producer and author of novels Mauro Valente notices him and hires for the making of his first film. He proceeds his career with "The Tape" (2022) remake of the Disney classic of Peter Pan set in the present day and with "Blu come I tuoi occhi" (2023) a teen drama, that has made the Italian press talk a lot. Eric Veneziano is one of the first directors in the history of Italian cinema, to have given a role as a biological woman and mother of a family to a transgender actress.
