Debojit Roy took birth in Suri, Birbhum, and later moved to Santiniketan, Bolpur for his schooling before shifting to Kolkata for higher studies and work. He is a theatre worker, actor, and singer-songwriter who has steadily built his presence in the Bengali film and television industry. You may have seen him in films like Manojder Adbhut Bari, Byomkesh Durgo Rohoshyo, Dear Diary, Mission Dugga Dugga, Angshuman MBA, and Karon Greece Amader Desh Na Athoba Blue-Black O Transparent White. On television, he has appeared in popular serials such as Sandhya Tara and Mili, as well as Prothom Kodom Phool on Akash Aath. He is also worked as an antagonist in Compass, a new venture by Star Jalsha and Tent Cinema. With a strong foundation in theatre and music, he continues to bring versatility and passion to every role he takes on.
