Biography

Hervé Bourges was born on May 2, 1933 in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine, France. He was a writer and producer, known for Kill the Referee (1984), Frankenstein 90 (1984) and Fanfan (1993). He died on February 23, 2020 in Paris, France.

Has his look-alike puppet in the French show Les Guignols de l'info (1988).

Former president of French TV channels TF1 (1983-1987) and France Télévision (1990).

Former president of the CSA (Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel) from January 1995 to January 2001.
