Based in Los Angeles, California, Kat is the founder of Katastrophic Films, a production brand dedicated to visually striking narratives with psychological depth and emotional intensity. Kat's work spans short films, features, and original series. Their award-winning short film, The Concert, earned Best Short Film at the Northeast Film Festival (2024) and Best Cinematography at Change the Script (2024), along with multiple official selections across the festival circuit. Their debut feature, Fugues: A Symphony of Nightmares, is currently in the process of release, showcasing Kat's signature ability to weave surreal horror, fractured memory, and dreamlike tension into a cinematic experience. Kat is also developing the unreleased TV series It Happens in Florida, a darkly comedic exploration of bizarre real-life events captured with sharp visual style.
