- Samuel Ogunremi is a Canadian, award-winning genre filmmaker. His work has premiered and won awards at prestigious festivals including NewFilmmakersLA, Chattanooga Film Fest and Julien Dubuque International Film Festival. He holds a BFA in Filmmaking and has a deep passion for both the writing and directing process. Ogunremi is best known for his dark thriller/satire Nebuchadnezzar (2025), which was nominated Best Student Film at the Canadian Screen Awards-qualifying Yorkton Film Festival (North America's oldest film festival) and earned him an invitation to pitch his upcoming feature at Yale University.
