Peter Ariet is a producer and the co-founder of Studio Syro, an independent studio for immersive storytelling, VR animation and mixed reality based in Gainesville, Florida. He produced Tales from Soda Island, the first animated series made entirely in VR, released on Meta Quest in seven chapters between 2020 and 2022; its final chapter, The First Ingredient, was an official selection of Venice Immersive at the 80th Venice International Film Festival. He also produced the immersive album The Art of Change and Reimagined Volume I: Nyssa, and has presented the studio's work at SIGGRAPH and the VIEW Conference.
