Stefano Ventura is a psychologist, PhD in social psychology, counselor and instructor of mindfulness protocols according to the guidelines of the UK Network for Mindfulness. Psychology is the passion that has always animated his life. Clarifying thoughts, emotions and relationships with patients is the center of his clinical practice, inspired by respect and empathy. The studies, the PhD, the specialization courses as a psychoeducational counselor, as an autogenic training operator, as a psychotherapist, and the twenty-year practice of mindfulness for which he became a certified instructor, the specific interest in clinical cognitivism and aspects interpersonal of the therapeutic relationship were the threads that he has woven and continues to weave to build his professionalism.
