Biography

Carl Walters is a freelance Executive Producer.

An established industry leader, content producer, and people manager, he has directed multiple teams across many innovative projects.

Most recently, he was the Head of Studio at Pixomondo where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of their studios across North America, and managed client relationships, production strategy, and talent development.

Prior to joining PXO, he was an Executive Producer at Industrial Light & Magic where he headed up virtual production operations and business development for the London studio. Before ILM, he served as Vice President and Head of Studio for Atomic Fiction where he grew their Canadian office to over 350 employees. He spent nearly a decade in New York City before that working for The Mill as Senior Producer and Head of Production of their Mill+ division.

Carl's past film credits include Alien: Earth, Ad Astra, Snowden, and Sin City, among many others.

Carl is a member of the Visual Effects Society. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Stanford University.
