Biography

Thomas Urbye is known for The Day of the Jackal (2024), We Live in Time (2024) and Top Boy (2011).

Thomas Urbye is Director of Soho based post production facility The Look.

In 2010 and 2012 Broadcast magazine placed Urbye at number 9 and 2 respectively in the 'Craft' category in their 'The Hot 100 People in the Broadcast Industry'.

In 2013, Urbye was placed 5th in Televisual magazine's poll of the UK's Top Feature & Drama Colourists.

In 2022, Urbye was nominated for an international Filmlight Colour Award for his color grading on Landscapers.

In December 2022 Urbye won the RTS Picture Enhancement award for his work on Landscapers.
