Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Hanna-Riikka Siitonen was born on 13 November 1970 in Helsinki, Finland. She was an actress, known for Uusi päivä (2010), Valkoinen kaupunki (2006) and Secret Lives (1999). She was married to Janne Virtanen. She died on 23 July 2018 in Finland.

Daughter of <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0797668/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Matti Siitonen</a> and former Helsinki mayor Eva-Riitta Siitonen.

Formed Taikapeili (later Taika) singing duo together with <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm1801615/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Nina Tapio</a>.

On June 29, 2003, she married her partner of 3 years <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0899455/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Janne Virtanen</a>. They had one daughter together, Vieno Virtanen (b. 2006).

In 2000, Siitonen was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and she died of the disease 18 years later on July 23, 2018 at the age of 47.
