- Shajoo Varma née Agboatwala was the daughter of Faimidabanu and Taher Mohamed Agboatwala. She was the spouse of Jagdish Varma, founder of J.V. Films and the daughter-in-law of Bhagwan Das Varma. Children include a son, Sameer, married to Ritika Varma and a daughter, Sabina, married to Kawal Sharma. Shajoo died in 2017 in Mumbai, India.
