- Giovanna Castellari is a screenwriter, director, editor, and producer. She is based in São Paulo and holds a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Film from FAAP.
She began her career working as a producer on films of various formats and later interned for a year and a half at the São Paulo Film Commission, a department of Spcine.
Over time, she increasingly focused on the narrative and visual development of original fictional content. In addition to developing stories whenever possible, she also handles the distribution of her two short films on the festival circuit, with over 40 selections and 41 awards in Brazil and abroad.
In parallel, she works as a project coordinator at Bravíssimo Produções, managing theater and audiovisual projects and leading resource mobilization in both the public and private sectors.
