Anila Bisha was born on May 5, 1968 in Tirana, Albania. She is an actress, known for Gurët e shtëpisë sime (1983), Nata (1998) and Një djalë edhe një vajzë (1990). She is married to Besnik Bisha. They have two children.

Albanian actress Anila Bisha provided both the likeness and the voice used for Diella's avatar on the e-Albania platform, under an agreement valid until December 2025.

Diella is the world's first AI-generated government minister to fight corruption. Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama announced the digital minister to his cabinet on September 2025, with a goal to make the nation corruption free.
