- Sonu Kakkar is an Indian playback singer, songwriter and actor. She was born in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand and grew up in Delhi before moving to Mumbai.
She developed a deep interest in music at a very young age. The versatile artist is the elder sister of Bollywood singers, Neha Kakkar and Tony Kakkar.
Sonu started her singing career in 2003 with the song "Babuji Zaara Dheer Chalo" from the film 'Dum'. She has been a part of various hit projects ever since having earned a significant recognition and accolades owing to her impressive work credentials and portfolio.
The maverick singer and actress has enhanced her project portfolio to leave an unperturbed mark on the hearts of audiences.
