Knight works with Seaworld Entertainment, The Murder Mystery Company, and as an Acting Teacher. When Knight is not on stage or on screen, she creates her own work, such as Understatement, One Last Step, and High Tide High. She loves exploring character detail, and feels for stories. She is passionate and always eager to learn. She received performer of the year with Seaworld.
