Anant Varman

Anant Varman is an Indian actor raised in Madhya Pradesh, now based in London.
He trained at East 15 Acting School and began his career with the Delhi-based Atelier Repertory Company, touring productions across North India before establishing his work in the UK and Europe.
Anant made his screen debut in Living, the two-time Academy Award nominated film directed by Oliver Hermanus and written by Nobel laureate Kazuo Ishiguro, starring Bill Nighy. He made his UK stage debut on the nationwide tour of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, directed by Lucy Bailey and starring Hayley Mills.
He later played the lead role of Daniel in The Vanishing Room, a time-bending drama at The English Theatre Frankfurt in Germany, directed by David Byrne.
Alongside his screen and theatre work, Anant is also an experienced voice performer, with credits in audio drama and audio-book narration.
