Phil Traill was born in New Jersey, but moved to London when he was 6.
He graduated from Newcastle University with a First in English and Film Studies - before directing TV shows, short films and music videos for many of Britain's leading TV production companies.
Phil moved to LA in 2006 and has since directed over 100 episodes of prime-time US TV.
He is (2023) EP / Director on 'Single Drunk Female' (Freeform/Hulu).
He lives in LA with his wife and three loud kids.
