Bulloo Kumar

Bulloo Kumar, also credited as Chandrashekhar Kumar, is an Indian actor and scriptwriter from Gonarbigha, Hisua, Nawada, Bihar. He is best known for playing Madhav "Bakriwala" in the web series Panchayat (Seasons 2-4).
Raised in a farming family, he studied Chemistry at Magadh University and later trained in theatre at the Bihar Institute of Dramatics in Patna, working extensively in stage and Parsi-style theatre before moving into film and television.
Kumar made his Hindi film lead debut with Gutrun Gutargun (2016) and has appeared in Once Upon a Time in Bihar, the TV series Balchanma (DD Kisan), and web series including Runaway Lugaai, Grahan, Maharani and Panchayat.
Over a career that began in village theatre and continued through years of auditions in Mumbai, he has been honored with awards such as the Bhikhari Thakur Yuva Samman and the Bhikhari Thakur Yuva Rangkarmi Samman from the Government of Bihar.
Alongside his screen work, Kumar remains active as a folk storyteller and stage performer, drawing on the oral and theatrical traditions of Bihar.
