Chara is a multidisciplinary artist working across acting, directing, and screenwriting, with a passion for stories that bridge cultures, languages, and perspectives. Trained in theatre and film both in Greece and internationally, she brings a unique blend of artistic insight and scientific precision, shaped by her academic background in Biology.
As an actress, Chara has performed in theatre, film, and television, collaborating with Greek and international directors. She is also an accomplished voice actor, giving life to animated characters in Greek and English for international streaming platforms and broadcast TV.
She writes and directs work rooted in myth, memory, and human connection - including the short films Marble Women and Always Comes True. She has collaborated with Athens-based English-speaking theatres Mythopraxis and Theatre of the NO and supports international audiovisual productions in Greece through her work with the Hellenic Film Commission.
Fluent in three languages and conversational in two more, Chara thrives in multilingual creative environments.
