Biography

Noma Dumezweni was born on July 28, 1969 in Swaziland. She is an actress, known for The Little Mermaid (2023), Mary Poppins Returns (2018) and Retribution (2023).

Won the Olivier Award for Best Performance in a Supporting Role for her work in "A Raisin In The Sun" in 2005.

For her performance in "The Bogus Woman" she won a Fringe First Award and a Manchester Evening News Award.

Attended Ipswich's Wolsey Theatre's Youth Theatre group.
