Adoptive daughter of Jerry Lewis and SanDee Pitnick, Danielle Sara Lewis, nicknamed "Dani" was named after both Jerry Lewis' vaudevillian father Daniel Levitch aka Danny Lewis and Jerry's grandmother, Sara Brodsky Rothberg.
Danielle Sara Lewis' name is often misspelled as Danielle Sarah Lewis.
