Darina Eid is a Bolivian-born bilingual actor based in Los Angeles, working in English and Spanish. She completed the two-year acting conservatory at HB Studio in New York, training in the Hagen technique, and holds dual BAs in Dance and Politics & Human Rights from Marymount Manhattan College.
Her film credits include Los Abrazos, directed by acclaimed Bolivian filmmaker Marcos Loayza, and The Redeemer, directed by Myles Clohessy and starring Brandon Routh, Irene Bedard, and Chris Mulkey. Her stage work includes her Off-Broadway debut with Repertorio Español in La Traición en la Amistad and Mummy in the Closet: The Return of Eva Perón at GALA Hispanic Theatre in Washington, D.C.
Eid also wrote, produced, and starred in the short film Ciruelo, which screened internationally and was named a semifinalist at the Cannes Indie Shorts Awards. She is the co-founder of Darila Productions, where she develops original narrative work alongside her acting career.
