Nathan Beverage is a composer for film, TV, and media, known for his emotionally resonant scores and profound musical storytelling.
Nathan recently completed music for the upcoming horror feature 'House Of Tears', with an album release planned for later this year. His nuanced score for the award-winning indie drama 'We Want A' has been heard by audiences around the country. Most notably, Nathan scored the horror short 'When Shadows Dance At Night', which was an official selection at the TIFF Next Wave Film Festival. In 2020, Nathan composed, recorded, and mixed the original music for 'Fighting Chance', a short film that he also wrote and directed. Since 2024, he has worked as technical score engineer on the shows 'Chicago Fire' and 'FBI: International'. Nathan Beverage is the 2024 recipient of BMI's prestigious Pete Carpenter Fellowship in LA.
Born and raised in Minneapolis, Nathan trained in both jazz and classical piano under some of the Twin Cities' best musicians. Blending his background with a passion for experimental sound design and synthesis, Nathan crafts hybridized, genre-defying music. He takes pride in his professionalism, easy-going attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work well with others. Nathan creates with curiosity, believing each story has a unique sonic world waiting to be discovered. Nathan Beverage holds degrees in both composition and music production from the University of Cincinnati's internationally renowned College-Conservatory of Music.
