Won the Gold with the United States in the 2020 Summer Olympics for the first time in Tokyo. Along with teammates Micha Hancock, the Libero Justine Wong-Orantes, Captain of Team USA Jordan Larson, Annie Drews, Jordan Thompson, Michelle Bartsch-Hackley, Kim Hill, Foluke Akinradewo, Haleigh Washington, Kelsey Robinson, and Chiaka Ogbogu.

On May 25, 2022, in Anaheim, California, Jordyn Poulter parked an unlocked rental car in her open garage. When she returned, a thief had pilfered Poulter's Olympic gold medal. The Anaheim Police Department was investigating the theft to try to recover her precious medal.
