Biography

Stacy Gabel is an accomplished performer, recording artist, and award winning singer-songwriter from the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in NYC and Kutztown University in Pennsylvania for Television production. She also attended Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ for vocal pedagogy.

Stacy has released several singles and her latest single, "Stir Crazy" is now available worldwide on all digital platforms along with the official music video on YouTube. She released a single called "High Heeled Shoes" early in 2020 before the shutdown due to the pandemic. Stacy is extremely professional and dependable. She is a former TV promo producer & writer at Nickelodeon/MTV Networks in NYC and Los Angeles and is a member of SAG/AFTRA. She has appeared in TV & film roles including "Malcolm in the Middle", "Charmed" and "General Hospital" to name a few. Her main passion is performing and entertaining by singing and playing acoustic guitar to all ages.

Stacy is a local fan favorite in Pennsylvania. She won several awards including two Global Music Award for Lyricist, Song, and musician. She also won the top Fans Choice Award, Discovered Artist, Outstanding Female artist, Outstanding All Around Performer and Best Song at the Lehigh Valley Music Awards in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Stacy can be typically seen in commercials, on the radio or in print ads, touring and performing at festivals, local wineries, resorts, theaters and sporting events, and now virtually as well. She did her first tour outside of Pennsylvania in February 2020 to perform for Women Entrepreneurial conference and other venues in the Tampa, Florida area.

Stacy is a classically trained soprano with a passion for singing harmonies. She plays acoustic & electric guitar, piano, mandolin, violin and the ukulele. She enjoys collaborating with other musicians on just about any genre of music. With a background in Musical Theater and Children's Television Production, Stacy enjoys performing anything from Bach & Broadway to Pop, Rock & Country music. She has appeared in several TV & film roles including "Malcolm in the Middle", "General Hospital" and "Charmed", and sang in several TV & radio jingles including Nickelodeon and Nick at Nite. After working in TV, film & Theater in NYC and Los Angeles, she has returned to her roots in Pennsylvania. She is co-owner of a successful internet retail business (2Bhip.com), she teaches private voice and acting/musical theater classes, is a member of several music groups including the Bach Choir of Bethlehem and Secret Coda acoustic duo. Music will always play a major role in her life whether she is performing other people's works of art or writing/creating her own.
