Valeria Varbanova

Valeria Varbanova is a Bulgarian actress and graduate of the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts Krastyo Sarafov in Sofia. She made her screen debut in Milko Lazarov's *Tarika*, which premiered in the Official Selection at the BFI London Film Festival and earned her a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the National Festival of Bulgarian Cinema Vasil Gendov. She will next be seen in her first leading role in the feature film *My Father's Shoes*, directed by Hristo Simeonov which will have its World Premiere at the New Directors section of the San Sebastián International Film Festival.
