Jerry Toth(II)

Jerry Toth is a filmmaker, professional rainforest conservationist, and chocolate maker based primarily in Ecuador. He wrote and directed the short films "The Life and Death of Gaia" (2022) and "Kissing Gaia" (2021), and is the Festival Director of the International Avant-Garde Film Awards in New York City. He is also the co-founder of a nonprofit rainforest conservation organization Third Millennium Alliance (TMA) which manages the 2,500-acre Jama-Coaque Ecological Reserve in Ecuador. Last but not least, he is the co-founder of the luxury Ecuadorian chocolate company To'ak. His work has been featured in Smithsonian Magazine, National Geographic, Forbes, Fortune Magazine, VICE Magazine, Robb Report, and the Los Angeles Times, among others. He appeared on Episode 8 of the Emmy-nominated show "Long Way Up" and in National Geographic's "Explorer" series (Season 11, Episode 10).
