Biography

Hans Pomeranz was born in 1938 in Enschede, Overijssel, Netherlands. He was an editor and producer, known for Stockade (1971), Family Free (1971) and Somersault (2004). He was married to Margaret Pomeranz. He died in 2007 in Australia.

He was awarded the O.A.M. (Order of Australia Medal) in the 2004 Queen's New Years Honours List for his services to the film industry, particularly as a supporter of emerging film makers, and to the community.
