- Filipino-American composer and arts manager Tim Corpus brings his music to global audiences through film, interactive media and performances at renowned venues like Carnegie Hall, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra at Ravinia Festival, Auditorium Theater, and the Kennedy Center, as well as BBC Radio3, NPR, and CNN Money. His music has received various awards from festivals around the country and his 2021 album, "MMXX", was hailed as "a striking disc" by British critic Robert Hugill.
An accomplished orchestrator and arranger, he often prepares music for artists worldwide, including Renée Fleming, Andrea Bocelli, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Third Coast Percussion, and the symphonies of Detroit and Milwaukee.
A leader in the arts, he has been Executive Director for Ear Taxi Festival, Hyde Park Youth Symphony, and Lake Forest Symphony; co-founder/vice-chair of the Society of Composers & Lyricists Chicago Chapter and a Governor of the Recording Academy’s Chicago Chapter.
