Biography

David Park is a writer, director, actor, and producer born and raised in New York City. He first began acting in church camp during his youth, which led to performances in school productions followed by independent films. He is based in Los Angeles, CA.

He first appeared in the short film "Pineapple" directed by Stephen Ford, which won 2nd place in the Russo Brothers, AGBO 48-hour film competition.

He has since gone on to write and direct his first short film "Static", which has won various awards including that of best horror short and best screenplay.

In 2022 he wrote and directed his second short film "Class of 97", a fan film revolving around the characters from the Scholastic Magic School Bus series. It won Best Comedy Film at the Athens International Monthly Art Film Festival, along with other awards worldwide.

In 2026, he completed his third short film "Passage" which has been recently accepted into the Independent Shorts Awards film festival.

He can be seen as the lead actor in S1E4 of "Baby Shu and Fwends" on Tubi.

He is working on multiple productions in 2026.
