Sean Gregory Tansey

Sean Gregory Tansey is an award winning actor and filmmaker, originally from Chicago, Il. Resolute in his craft, Sean has a spirited aim to tell stories through the mediums of cinema and theatre. He began his acting journey in San Diego, Ca, studying with Jack Banning and performing in several plays within the local circuit. He soon moved to Los Angeles and continued to grow as an artist, acting in and producing various projects, all the while training with his mentor, John Sarno. As of late, Sean has been producing several films on the island of Crete in Greece. He is also a competitive freestyle wrestler having placed 5th in the Greek National Championship. Sean is founder and owner of Samizdat X Productions, and is based in Los Angeles and Chania, Crete.
