Biography

Carl Rhonin is an Oklahoma-based multi-hyphenate filmmaker, actor, and action specialist specializing in story-driven action. Since entering the film industry in 2018, he has worked as an actor, writer, director, producer, stunt performer, fight choreographer, and production professional, bringing a collaborative, story-first approach to every production. As the founder of 46 Action Entertainment and creator of ImpactInk Productions, Carl develops original films while helping filmmakers create action that is safe, cinematic, and rooted in character. His directorial work includes the short film No Getting Out, an official selection of TUFFest 2025. Represented by Reel Talent, Carl continues to work throughout Oklahoma and beyond, combining technical expertise with creative storytelling both in front of and behind the camera. He believes the strongest action isn't defined by spectacle, but by its ability to reveal character and serve the story.
