Catherine Cotter was born on September 19, 1917 in Baker City, Oregon, USA. She was an actress, known for Rescue Squad (1935), The Texas Rambler (1935) and Outlaws of the Range (1936). She was married to Paul Toien. She died on August 14, 1972 in Glendale, California, USA.

In August of 1942, Catherine Cotter applied for a "temporary withdrawal" card from the Screen Actors Guild.
