"Knock 'Em Dead" is a documentary short which weaves together opposing career choices of openly gay comedian, Georgia Ragsdale. She is best known as a comic whose material deftly probes the awkwardness of life as a gay person and yet, unknown to most, she also has serious encouragement to pursue a calling as a professional boxer. Juxtaposing intimate, funny interviews with action oriented boxing footage, and Georgia's live stand up comedy, Julian Starks has created a funny and touching piece about what it means to fight for the spirit that one is given.
