Born in Long Beach, California, Lauren grew up in a family of nine siblings and learned to thread a 35mm projector before she could drive a car. Her career has taken her from ICVFX stages in Australia to post rooms in the UK, but she's just as proud of her popcorn-popping roots in her family's movie theaters. When she's not working behind the scenes, Lauren is wrangling her cattle dog Phoebe, planning her next adventure, or quoting her favorite films.
