Biography

Jenny Byrom is a British producer, director and executive producer specializing in documentary, factual and specialist factual television. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, she has developed, produced and executive produced programmes for leading UK and international broadcasters including the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, CNN and Discovery. She has worked on award-winning and critically acclaimed television across a broad range of genres, from current affairs, crime and history to science, architecture, food and culture, filming throughout the UK and internationally. Her credits include Celebrity Apprentice, Dispatches, Britain’s Spending Secrets, The Restoration Man, Heston’s Great British Food, Heston’s Fantastical Food, Secret Life of Your House and, most recently, CNN’s Eva Longoria: Searching For..., produced by Dragonfly Productions in association with Hyphenate Media Group. Jenny has extensive experience developing original documentary ideas, securing editorial access and collaborating with internationally recognised on-screen talent. Alongside her broadcast work, she continues to develop original documentary features and premium factual television for UK and international audiences.
