Biography

Ola Jegede, popularly known as The Naked Director is a budding Filmmaker, Director, Cinematographer and Screenwriter from Nigeria.

A Theatre Arts graduate, Jegede won the Best Director at The Nigerian Universities Theatre Arts Festival in 2019. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Multichoice Talent Factory, where he won Best Director and Best Cinematographer respectively in 2023.

His Experimental Short Film, Dark Echoes has been selected in over 10 festivals across the globe, including Jury Honourable Mention at the Students World Impact Film Awards, USA.

With over 20 Director of Photography credits and 6 Director's credits in Short films and Experimental films, his directing debut feature, Grown is on Showmax.
