Power: Origins is an upcoming Starz prequel series set in the Power universe, focusing on the early lives of James "Ghost" St. Patrick, Tommy Egan, and Kanan Stark in 1990s/early 2000s New York City as they rise in the drug game. The show will explore their friendship and how they became the legendary figures from the original series, with Spence Moore II as young Ghost, Charlie Mann as young Tommy, and Mekai Curtis reprising his role as Kanan. It is the fourth spinoff in the franchise, with Sascha Penn serving as showrunner.

Jefferson J. Dor is an actor from Newark, New Jersey. Raised in Florida, he also excelled in athletics, becoming a top football prospect. After college football, Jefferson moved back to his home state of New Jersey to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York to study Drama. There, he also trained in Hagen, Strasberg, and Meisner techniques and later joined the school's New York Company.
