Robert Knjaz boasts an illustrious career spanning over three decades as a visionary director, producer, charismatic host, and accomplished author. Renowned for creating more than 20 original and widely-watched TV formats, he has consistently dominated prime time on Croatia's leading television networks, including HTV and RTL. Knjaz's series have not only captured the attention of viewers in 8 countries but have also earned a coveted spot in Discovery Channel's catalog, with four of his TV formats featured in 2015. Recipient of numerous TV awards from critics and audiences, Knjaz's format "Loafers Around The World" reached the finals of the European "Rose d'Or" award for the best European entertainment show. Education: Knjaz holds a degree in marketing from the Faculty of Economics (2001) and a degree in TV and film directing from the esteemed Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb (2013). Further enriching his knowledge, he dedicated a year to studying journalism at NMSU in Las Cruces, USA (2003). His involvement in television has been a continuous journey since 1991 when he, along with a group of enthusiasts, founded his local television station in Novi Zagreb. Subsequently, Knjaz worked for HTV and RTL. Since 2004, he has been the owner of the production company "Redneck and Sons" bringing together around 30 of the best Croatian TV and film creatives.
